Modern worl-wide fishing has developed to such levels of productivity that the design of fishing systems must be improved to be more selective and according to the international regulations; as a consrquence more effective fishing gear and methods are being supported by fishing machinery.
Mechanization of fishing offers a wide span of improvements: diversification of fishing methods, more working power, fishing in deeper areas, a redution of physical effort of fishermen and a more efficient work.
